                                                  MEAL     What is a meal ?  According to the dictionary " a meal is food served and eaten  especially at one of the customary or regular occasions for taking food during the day,  as breakfast, lunch or supper ". But a meal is much more than that, it's not just a way to satisfy our hunger or to fill our  belly. T here are different aspects of a meal for different people. For me meal is an  experience and many types of experiences.  Cooking a meal is a way to engage with all our  senses, to smell, see, taste, feel . To me its a way to  feel alive.
